Team Rector, Sprowston and North Norwich Team Ministry

We are seeking a gifted priest to serve as Team Rector at an exciting and promising stage in the shared life of the team.

•    Shape and develop a young Team Ministry – nurture and articulate a shared vision drawing on our diverse strengths. 
•    Lead a major initiative in mission – Streams Multipliers – in Sprowston, to grow the church in numbers and impact, as part of the Diocesan Strategy, using external investment. 
•    A parish combining rich congregational life with significant housing growth. 
•    Established schools ministry with clear potential for further development. 
•    A community where pastoral ministry is highly valued. 
•    A supportive clergy and lay team with diverse gifts and experience.
