To incentivise churches completing their Energy Footprint Tool, an annual data submission designed to assist the Church of England in gathering nationwide energy usage and efficiency information, the Diocese of Norwich this year offered a £1,000 prize to all who sent in a return.
The winner of the £1,000 reward, generously provided by the Anne French Memorial Trust, has now been selected after our Net Zero Carbon Adviser, Ed Cotterill, enlisted the help of Diocesan Secretary Tim Sweeting to handpick the winning ticket from a raffle.
All 180 churches which completed their EFT return with data from 2024 were entered into the draw.

The £1,000 prize will be awarded to the church as part of a presentation next month.
