The School Buildings Team provide support to schools in matters relating to their capital funding, and school premesis. We can draw on advice from architectural, propery, and legal professionals to provide the best possible advice to schools. This support is offered to Voluntary Aided and Voluntary Controlled schools, academies should seek advice from their Multi Academy Trust.
Voluntary Aided schools usually access their Devolved Formula Capitla (DFC) through the Diocese of Norwich Pooling Scheme. Please see DFC project form below to set up a project.

The annual SCA allocation is managed by the Diocese School Estates and Capital Funding (SECF) Committee.
