Poetry in Bloom – Flower Festival
Friday 28 August - Monday 31 August
The parish church of St Peter & St Paul in Swaffham is hosting another of its acclaimed Flower Festivals over the August Bank Holiday weekend (Fri 28th-Mon 31st). This is a biennial event; and the theme on this occasion is “Poetry in Bloom”. All the arrangements are created by a band of skilful volunteers; and entry is free. Light refreshments will be available; and we hope visitors will also buy a programme for only £2. This is a major fund-raising enterprise for the church, and w
e’d love to welcome as many people as possible to see the vibrant displays and celebrate their floral glory and the accompanying poetry. The parish church in Swaffham is located just off the market square.
