On a lovely sunny weekend in May, two new vicars were welcomed to ministry in the Diocese.
The Bishop of Lynn, the Rt Revd Dr Jane Steen licensed Revd Sally McCubbin in Buxton on Sunday 11 May 2025.
Revd Sally McCubbin served her curacy in the parish of Old Catton. She is now Team Vicar for the Bure Valley Group of parishes within the Aylsham and District Team Ministry, with primary pastoral responsibility for the parishes of Badersfield, Brampton, Burgh-next-Aylsham, Buxton with Oxnead, Lammas and Marsham. Revd Sally grew up in Sussex and is enjoying getting to know Norfolk.

On the same day, the Bishop of Thetford, the Rt Revd Ian Bishop licensed Revd Cheryl Ramballi in Ranworth.
Revd Cheryl Ramballi served as Assistant Curate at Kings Beck Benefice and is now a House for Duty Associate Priest to the Blofield and Broadside Benefice.
Revd Cheryl has moved to Norfolk from Essex and is also a member of the Racial Justice Action Group for the Diocese of Norwich.
