Youth Worker for Oulton Broad Team Ministry

Hours of Duty: 18 hours per week, days and hours to be negotiated. The post requires flexibility for working evenings and some weekends. (20 days holiday, mostly to be taken out of term times, and 8 bank holidays).

Salary: £35,000 per annum (£17,000pro-rata)

Duration: 2-year extendable contract.

The Oulton Broad Team Ministry is looking for Youth Worker. They are seeking a dynamic, relational person, with a person for young people, to lead and develop our ministry with 11-18-year-olds, equipping them as life-long disciples.

– a person with Christian youth work experience?

– passionate about seeing young people grow as disciples?

– able to innovate, as well as recruit and support volunteers?
