How do I report a concern

If you have a safeguarding concern, allegation or suspicions of abuse about a child or vulnerable adult, please immediately contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser using the following Report A Concern referral form below.

When the online form is completed, only the safeguarding advisers have access to it. You should receive a notification that says the form has been submitted.

There is another option to fill in the Report a Concern form below. The grey link will take you to a Word version. Please download this and fill it in. Then send directly to:

safeguarding@dioceseofnorwich.org

If you have any difficulties filling in either option, please contact: 01603 882345 and a member of the Safeguarding team can help you.

Your Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO)

Your  Parish Safeguarding Officer is also a local first point of contact for reporting safeguarding concerns.
