Warm Welcome was set up in 2022 to support organisations to open their doors and provide a warm welcome for those struggling to heat their homes through the winter.

The Warm Welcome campaign is inviting parishes to join its online launch event this year on Wednesday 4 October. At the event they will share how Warm Welcome can support local groups to run amazing warm spaces, and you’ll hear stories from organisations who are getting ready for the winter, as well as hearing from partners and supporters of the campaign.

Last year over 7000 groups registered as Warm Welcome Spaces and this year they want to grow that, so together we can ensure everyone has somewhere warm and friendly to go, and no one has to get through winter alone. Their aim is to recruit 50% more venues this year.
