The ministry team are here to support Clergy and Licensed Lay Ministers along every step of the journey towards ministry, including development and ongoing training.

The Parish Support Team’s core purpose is to serve mission and ministry across the Diocese of Norwich, this includes support through clergy housing, finance, church building care and support for PCCs.

There are many ministry pathways to follow in the Diocese of Norwich. You may be discerning a call to Ordained Ministry or to Lay Ministry. The first step is to speak with your parish priest. The Diocese of Norwich offers training and ongoing support.

Mission

The Mission of the Church is the mission of Jesus Christ. Every day our churches serve local parishes through mission, responding to human need in local communities alongside providing weekly services of Worship.  We want to proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom, and teach, baptise and nurture new believers.
