Young or old everyone is invited to help Christ Church celebrate the church’s 150th anniversary by taking part in a “Fantastic Fish” exhibition by making, drawing, sewing, painting or knitting a fish – or all of them!
There are many fish in the Bible and the fish was an early Christian symbol. There are many and varied fish in our seas and rivers, reminding us of water’s regenerative powers and its importance through the ages.
The closing date is 20 October – and the display can be seen in Christ Church from Friday 24 to Monday 27 November.
There will be prizes awarded for each category and entry is free of charge.
