The Church of St. Andrew’s is a Grade 2* listed building dating back to the 13th C. It was extensively restored and extended in the 1860’s and 1870’s with high quality workmanship. The result is a unique balance of medieval and Gothic styles, complimented by stunning Victorian stained glass. The East Window, which dominates the interior of the church, is described by Pevsner as “one of the most beautiful of its time in England” and is the only surviving full church window designed by Albert Moore.
Interesting graves in well kept graveyard. Which has accessible foot paths from the church car park.
All visitors are very welcome.
