Our vision is to pioneer mission, to find innovative ways of bringing the people to the church and the church to the people, promoting the love of God to our communities

We are three parishes located to the north of Lowestoft, the most easterly town in England, with good beaches, local amenities and transport links to Norwich, Ipswich, London and beyond.  We can offer you strong links with local schools, positive working with local churches, a four-bedroom Rectory and the support of our PCCs and congregations.

We are looking for a Rector who is:

  • theologically and liturgically flexible and able to reach out to people of all ages and diversity.
  • committed to involvement with the three local primary schools, especially the two Voluntary Aided church schools in Corton and Hopton.
  • a good communicator that’s financially astute, with IT skills to “deliver” church to a wider community.
  • proactive in visiting and strong on pastoral care, and visible, active and engaged in our community.
  • of deep faith and commitment in the service of God
