Email your expenses claims - a letter from the Diocesan Secretary

Diocesan Secretary, Richard Butler, has written to anyone who, as part of their work for the Diocese of Norwich, makes expenses claims - requesting they now do so electronically.

To all Diocesan Expense Claimants
I should like to express my thanks on behalf of the Diocese for the time you give to the work across the Diocese, never more so in these extremely uncertain and difficult times.
May I request that all expense claims are temporarily emailed rather than posted. Please email them to the appropriate person who normally authorises your claims, I would then request that this person authorises them as appropriate and forwards them to Fiona Jeffs in the Diocesan Finance team at svban.wrssf@qvbprfrbsabejvpu.bet. We are aiming to process these on a monthly basis but this will only be possible using the email system outlined.
May I also request that expenses are kept to an absolute minimum and nothing is pre-ordered or booked.
