First booklet in new Connect series now available

5 February 2020

In response to current crises in our world which can easily make us feel overwhelmed and helpless, the Diocese of Norwich is producing a new series of booklets which look through the lens of Christian faith at huge and urgent matters such as the climate and refugee emergencies, plastic and modern slavery.

Written by the Revd Susanna Gunner, Diocesan Adviser in Spirituality and Discipleship, these free booklets will offer biblical and theological connections, inspiring stories of those already taking action in our region and signposts for your own response.  There’ll be paintings, poetry and prayers too, to enrich thought and stir imagination. The hope is that individuals and groups of all sorts will find them challenging and inspiring.

The first in the series is hot off the press!

This first booklet explores contemporary issues around housing and homelessness and is available over this coming Homelessness Weekend (7-9 Feb) in Norwich Cathedral.

You can also request printed copies via the online shop which are A5 in size and 16 pages.

Future booklets in the series will be published later in the year.
