Revd Penny joined the Trust as a full-time member of the chaplaincy team in March 2022, and has quickly settled into her role, including taking part in the Hospital Charities Sponsored Abseil in October.

Speaking about the licensing, Revd Penny said: “My licensing by Bishop Jane was a joyful occasion and an affirmation and celebration of shared ministry with the chaplaincy team over the past 8 months. It was wonderful to welcome team members, chaplaincy volunteers, and members of staff to the service – they have all welcomed me so warmly and it is a great privilege to work and minister alongside them.”
