The competition, judged by Bishop Graham, is to inspire children from Norfolk Primary Schools to draw or paint their own church. The work of art needs to include a part of your local church, either the interior, exterior, or even smaller details.
The competition will be divided into three age categories as follows:
- Reception, Year 1 & Year 2
- Year 3 & Year 4
- Year 5 & 6
In each age category, there will be a first and second prize. For 1st Prize, the school will receive £100 and the artist £30 and 2nd Prize, the school will receive £50 and the artist £20
The winning entrants will have their work on display in the Norfolk Churches Trust tent, at the Stately Car Boot Sale, at Sennowe Park, Guist on Sunday 1 May.
