The Norwich Diocesan Board of Education seeks excellence in all aspects of its work at a time of exciting opportunities and demanding challenges.  You will work with a skilled and dedicated team to guide our schools through the changes in education, notably the academy process, the school improvement agenda and taking schools forward as part of our Diocesan Vision.

  • Someone who shares our Christian ethos and values, and is excited to support the Church’s mission

What we offer

  • 28 days’ holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
  • Generous pension scheme (8% employer contribution)
  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home)
  • A supportive, purpose-driven team environment
  • Opportunities to shape the future of the Diocese

Even if you have never thought about working for us before, if you have the skills and experience we are looking for then we would like to hear from you.

We try to be as flexible as we can in your work pattern to support you with other commitments, and to give a good work-life balance.
