The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee reviews the work, policies and procedures of the NDBF to ensure integrity in all its activities, and compliance with legal, financial and reporting requirements, and to have oversight of risk management processes. Members serve for three years and this can be extended for two further terms. It is chaired by Revd Canon Simon Stokes.
