The Local Restrictions Support Grant will be of benefit to parishes who have a property (such as a Church Hall) which has a rateable value even if the PCC is exempt from paying business rates, with grants ranging from £1,334 to £3,000. You would need to apply for this grant from your local district council.
The Additional Restrictions Grant may be applicable to parishes which are not eligible for the Local Restrictions Support Grant, this particular grant has yet to be clearly defined so it may be beneficial to register an interest with your local district council.
