Land to let

The Diocese of Norwich are pleased to offer three parcels of farmland to the market to let from October 2024.  All three holdings are offered on Farm Business Tenancies for a term of 6 years, with draft tenancy agreements available from the agent.

Particulars are available upon request.  Tenders for all three lettings are to be submitted using prescribed forms to Diocesan House and are to be received no later than midday on Tuesday 2nd July 2024.

  • The largest holding is located to the west of the village of Oxborough, west Norfolk, close to the well-known National Trust Property Oxborough Hall.  The parcel is 150.65 acres (60.97 hectares) and comprises predominantly arable land with some permanent pasture, held in one ring fenced block.

      • There is a further 15.67 acres of land in one parcel in the village of Wood Rising, comprising arable land currently growing winter wheat.  The land lies in the centre of the village and has been well farmed for many years.
      • The final block is located on the edge of the village of Dickleburgh, South Norfolk, and comprises 8.18 acres of arable land, currently growing a crop of Sugar Beet.
