We need someone to help support youth mission in the Diocese

£25,123 pa

35 hours per week – one-year fixed term

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join as a Youth Mission Enabler. The role involves developing and testing new and emerging missional initiatives alongside local pioneers and partners, primarily in the Litcham & Upper Nar, Reepham and Oulton Broad project areas. This is an exciting time of change for the team as we are developing a new strategy for the future.

The Youth Mission Enabler will:

  • work with churches from a range of church expressions and traditions who are developing youth initiatives.
  • serve alongside local church leaders, staff and partners in order to explore and develop youth discipleship and mission.
  • use their knowledge and experience to enable the project areas to maximise the use of their funding to catalyse youth mission.

If you have a passion for and experience of Christian mission and ministry among young people, are an excellent communicator and youth practitioner and want to join a great team this position may be for you.

The office base at Easton is in an attractive location benefitting from free parking with easy access to the A47, just 5 minutes from the Longwater retail park. A significant part of the role will be remote working.

Appointment will be subject to an enhanced check via the Disclosure and Barring Service and all applicants will be expected to work within schools’ and Diocesan policies and procedures.
