The Bishop of Norwich is seeking a prayerful and visionary Director of Mission and Ministry. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and implementing strategies for mission and ministry across the Diocese. If you are imaginative, have a heart for mission, and are able to lead change then you may be the person we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for mission and ministry within the Diocese, in line with our vision to be transformed by Christ through being prayerful, pastoral and prophetic.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the new Mission and Ministry Team, and, as a practitioner, enable effective mission and support to parishes, chaplaincies and schools.
3. Collaborate with bishops and archdeacons, other clergy and lay leaders, to identify emerging ministry needs, opportunities and challenges, and develop appropriate responses.
4. Monitor and evaluate the impact our mission and ministry initiatives and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
