St Mary Magdalene is looking for someone who loves working with people and loves to see wonderful things happen!
They need someone to connect individuals to volunteering tasks and roles in which they can flourish and be of service to others but also provide all the background administrative support required for great volunteering experiences to take place.
The role is to lead the recruitment and facilitation of our growing volunteer team, giving them the administrative and training support they need to grow and develop in their role.
There will be an administrative side to this role, especially in gathering information for evaluation purposes.

There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian in accordance with the employment equality (religion and belief) regulations 2003.
The role is for 15 hours per week at £22,5000 per annum pro rata and it is a one-year fixed term contract.
