The Fountain of Life Network Church (FoL church), located in Ashill, Mid-Norfolk, offers an exciting and varied one year internship programme for people aged 18-24 wanting to explore their gifting and ministry.

FoL church is a resource church that provides opportunities to work in mission and outreach with children, youth, families, in worship, outreach and pastoral care across a broad geographical area. FoL church is connected with a network of local churches across the Diocese of Norwich and with the national New Wine network.

Interns are matched with a mentor and have regular theological teaching and development time with leaders in the church. They are given opportunities to develop into their particular areas of gifting and to serve with a variety of ministries run by the church.

FoL church works in over 20 schools through its Kidz Klub ministry, operates its own pre-school and parent and toddler group and runs an increasing number of missional communities. It has a thriving Youth work programme that operates in the Ashill, Watton and Dereham area which runs discipleship groups, youth services and social gatherings. It also works with families developing community connections and gatherings in a number of areas.

Interns work with a broad team of staff and volunteers assisting at events and helping to develop the outreach and pastoral care the church offers to the groups and communities it serves. You will also have the opportunity to work with supporting ministries such as the audio-visual team, hospitality and administration.

The internships are offered on a full-time basis. Accommodation is provided in either the church house or with local church members.
