Full time £40-45,000 pa
This is an exciting time to join the Spire team as we have plans to expand the services on offer and grow not only the core business but actively pursue external clients from all sectors.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for developing projects covering all of the RIBA Stages of work up to £1m. This is a client facing role with excellent potential for career progression together with the opportunity to play a significant role in influencing the future growth of the company. Spire specialises in delivering design & feasibility, capital improvement projects, repairs & maintenance, refurbishment and alterations across the education, heritage, ecclesiastical, commercial and housing sectors.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in sector based subject or equivalent relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the built environment
- Experience in delivering works within the Education, Housing and Commercial sectors.
- Experience in managing Health & Safety and compliance within construction.
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to identify building defects and advise on remedial work.
- High level project and time management skills.
- Analytically minded, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
