The Diocese of Norwich is seeking a senior Architectural Technologist to join Spire Property Consultants
Spire Property Consultants is a company wholly owned by the Diocese of Norwich and operates from the Diocese of Norwich offices at Easton, Norwich. Spire was formed over a decade ago and undertakes exciting work on heritage and educational buildings located throughout Norfolk and north Suffolk. Spire delivers a variety of work including the surveying, refurbishment, alteration, repair and adaption of educational buildings, church buildings, parish halls and the management of a portfolio of residential properties.
Spire is at an exciting point in its development, and we want to invest in the continued growth of the company by appointing this key role. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Architect/ Technologist/ Building Surveyor to support senior members of staff in the delivery of a range of projects from £50k to £1m. Work will be to develop and manage primarily education focussed projects through all RIBA stages of work, from initial feasibility and planning stage through to project delivery and completion in line with Company’s objectives.
