The Diocese of Norwich PlayVan has been operating across Norfolk for over 20 years, supporting families with children aged 0-5 in rural parishes. Although part of the Diocesan family it is an independent Christian trust. We develop stay and play activities by working with volunteers and other community groups to grow sustainable services in isolated areas of the county.
As well as developing and facilitating groups you may be required to supervise staff and volunteers in a line management role. If you are passionate about working with families, have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, community development and partnership working, this role will be ideal for you.
The role is up to 20 hours per week, term time only + 2 weeks (41 weeks) with a robust support and training package. There is flexibility about hours so please have a conversation with us.
The salary is £10.50 per hour.
Appointment for this position could be affected by Government restrictions. We envisage a late summer Autumn term start.
