Do you have previous painting & decorating experience? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for an enthusiastic painter & decorator that wants to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.
This is an exciting time to join the Spire team as we have plans to expand the services on offer and grow not only the core business but actively pursue external clients from all sectors.
At Spire we focus on delivering high profile customer driven projects that need to be delivered on time, within budget and fulfil the needs of our diverse client portfolio. We are located to East of Norwich and provide services throughout Norfolk.
As a Painter & Decorator, you will play a crucial role in our busy maintenance and construction projects. The main focus will be on internal and external redecoration of residential properties, schools and church buildings. A diverse skill set will be required to ensure the successful completion of projects to the highest standards. This is a client facing role with excellent potential for career progression together with the opportunity to play a significant role in influencing the future growth of the company.
At Spire, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment for all staff so we will be looking for someone who is “time served” and experienced, having prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
