The present post-holder is looking to ‘reduce commitment‘  having been 65 years a village/small town church organist.

The organ is by Norman and Beard (two manual- 27 speaking stops), and the post is suitable for an experienced or an advanced student organist. A deputy can be available by agreement.

The small choir, RSCM affiliated, are loyal and regular in attendance, would appreciate younger and enthusiastic leadership.

Churchmanship: The Benefice is fortunate to have a Ministry team of broad persuasion, traditional to evangelical, and the music used is from a wide spectrum of the Anglican style composition.

The remuneration is subject to negotiation, within RSCM guidelines, funeral and wedding fees in addition.

Further information and informal chat with Francis Coomber, 01379 643 010.
