The Governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher following early notification that our current Headteacher will be leaving at the end of this academic year after 10 successful years of headship.
Cringleford CE VA Primary School is a school built on Christian values and our motto, ‘Respect, Believe, Achieve,’ underpins everything that we do. You would be expected to uphold these principles and use them to create an inclusive working environment in which all are valued and able to contribute ideas and opinions.
We are looking for an inspirational leader who is committed to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and inspiring the spirit and joy of learning. You will either be a current, serving Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher or someone with recent Headteacher experience who is looking for an exciting new challenge
Our school is popular and has a very good local reputation. It has been rated outstanding by both Ofsted and SIAMS (spring 2017). We have a committed staff who are willing to go above and beyond, children who are kind and polite and who love to learn, parents who are very supportive and a Governing Board who will be very helpful and encouraging.
