Head of Standards & Quality Assurance for St Benet’s MAT

Posted on: Thursday 18 November 2021 | St Benet's MAT

We are seeking an outstanding education professional to join our fast-growing MAT.

St Benet’s is a small but growing MAT built around Christian values. We are a dynamic, progressive Trust that believes in enabling Headteachers and the staff in their schools to drive improvement for the benefit of their children and communities. A number of schools are seeking to join St Benet’s and we are therefore expanding our central team to meet this demand.

If you are an outstanding education professional looking to have a wide-ranging impact across a group of schools, we would be interested in speaking with you.

This new post will support the development of Headteachers and senior staff by leading a process of collaborative self-evaluation. Through this process the Head of Standards & Quality Assurance will provide Headteachers and the Trust with a clear analysis of our schools’ strengths and development priorities. You will have strong people skills, a clear understanding of the EIF and a desire to make a difference for the children in our schools.

If you would like to discuss the role in more detail, please contact Suzannah Kay, PA to the CEO, at fhmnaanu.xnl@fgorargf.bet to make an appointment to speak with our CEO.

Interview date: 15th or 16th December 2021

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of all our pupils and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We follow safer recruitment practice, and all appointments are subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, satisfactory references and verification of identity and qualifications.

Closing date: 5:00 pm Tuesday 7 December 2021
