The Diocese is looking for someone to provide maternity cover to support the general functioning of the organisation.

We are looking for someone with great values and administrative skills to support the development of the culture, systems and policies that will enable the people in our organisation to thrive.

The Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance employs a staff team who are engaged to support the mission of the Church of England in Norfolk and Waveney.  In this, they support clergy and others involved in parishes, chaplaincy and other ministry settings.  The Executive Secretariat covers a broad range of work in support of the effective functioning of the charity, including that related to its employees and clergy.

The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, expert organisational and coordination skills, be highly organised and be able to work to deadlines.  Knowledge of HR systems and processes would be an advantage.

 

14-21 hours per week (to be negotiated)

Fixed term role to provide maternity cover for up to 14 months

Salary: £20,929 FTE (pro rata £8,371 – £12,557 subject to hours negotiated)
