It’s a voluntary post and would suit somebody who wants to stop their thumbs twiddling after retirement, or just anyone who wants to keep the church going. You don’t have to be a member of the church (the retiring Treasurer isn’t) – a desire to contribute is all that’s needed.

Acle church, St. Edmund’s, sits at the heart of the village and it’s a special building with its round/octagonal tower. This precious asset, together with the congregation and community life that goes on within it, is cared for and preserved by Acle Parochial Church Council (Acle PCC).
