High School Chaplaincy

Chaplaincy is a way of developing a formal link with local schools and offering support and mentoring to young people. We are working to help local churches better support schools by developing more formalised links through area chaplaincy teams. We have network meetings both online and in person to help school chaplains connect, share ideas and get mutual support. Get in touch with the Children, Youth and Families Team if this is something that would interest you.

Inspired Classrooms

This project is an online toolkit to give you ideas, lessons and resources to help build a full cross-curricular day of learning within your local parish church. It explores churches as places of creative learning across the curriculum.

Filling the Gap
A project linking schools and churches to provide food and activities to families in need during school holidays.
In the grip of the coronavirus pandemic, the idea for the ‘Filling the Gap’ project was initiated by Bishop Graham with the intention of helping alleviate food poverty for families during the summer holidays through the provision of food hampers.
