How to download for free
How do you download these items for free? Going through the shopping basket seem to end up with a charge of 77p for postage.

Hello, You should be able to put the item in your shopping basket and then continue through to payment. You'll need to put your details in the form and press the button 'complete order'. You will receive a reply saying that your order is confirmed and thank you. Then a button will appear to download your items for free. I have just checked this process through and do not have any postage attached. Kind regards, Liz
