DESCRIPTION:A Retreat in Preparation for Advent\nAdvent is a season that demands our attention\, calling to us in imperatives: watch\, wait\, prepare\, listen! The old words “hark” and “hearken” found in our Advent hymns refer to a particular quality of listening that watches and waits intently for the Advent voice to sound\, that attends closely to it\, that seeks transformation through what is heard. \nJoin us live or in your own time to explore the various ways the Advent voice calls to us through scripture\, classic spiritual teaching\, poetry and our own experience.
