City centre café to re-open

St Stephen's Church Café in the Norwich city centre is re-opening on the 27 July with the necessary measures in place to ensure it is COVID-secure.

Measures to ensure that it is a safe environment to enjoy once again include screens at the counters, hand sanitizer on entry and exit, notices to remind all to social distance, and the toilets will be closed.

This warm and friendly cafe welcomes everyone and is often a sanctuary to those who are lonely or in distress.

St Stephen’s Café has an ethos of “eat, drink, share, pay what you know is fair” so refreshments are available for a minimum of £1, giving people the chance to get a good meal, no matter their circumstances.

It has been running for 30 years and now serves up to 900 people a week. They are looking forward to welcoming everyone back, so do pop in when you’re in Norwich, it’s right next to the Chapelfield Shopping Mall.
