Come and meet other chaplains\, find out about recent research and developments. \nCome and join us for a morning of networking and training… \nThis term we have a specific focus on the use of prayer in schools as a means of enabling young people to explore life’s questions\, spirituality\, and faith in a safe\, creative\, and interactive way. We will be hearing from a range of practitioners about pop up prayer spaces\, dedicated spaces such as a prayer shed\, prayer books to take home\, and whole school prayer space weeks. SUMMARY:Grant Funding Morning
DESCRIPTION:The church building support officers will be holding a grant funding information morning at Diocese House\, Easton on Wednesday 14th October from 10am til 12.30pm. \nThe morning should suit those who haven’t applied for grant funding for church projects before\, or anyone who hasn’t done so for a while and would like a refresher. The focus will be on small to medium repair or improvement projects. \nThe intention is for the morning to have some flexibility to cover areas of most interest to attendees\, and have time for group discussion and information sharing but we will aim to look at: \n\nWhat to consider before making applications\, how to prepare\nWhere to look for sources of funding\nSome key funders and their criteria and application processes\n\nPlease contact Frances Jackson if you would like to attend
