This webinar will be led by Jane Keeton, the Diocesan Counsellor & Adviser in Pastoral Care; and Sue Hemsley Halls, Diocesan AWA co-ordinator.

Good supervision is an important part of training and supporting others. It helps build and maintain a positive working relationship and encourages team members. Jane will lead presentations and discussions on supervision. We will explore several areas including: the key tasks of supervision, listening well to supervisees, asking helpful questions, and paying attention to ourselves when providing supervision.

There will be time for questions and discussion. We will have a short coffee break around 11am.
