Being an effective subject leader has never been so important! This full day course is aimed and supporting RE leaders in developing their role through a series of tools that will allow them to maximise their leadership effectively. The day will consider the Teacher Standards and how they relate to RE, it will then provide practical tools to develop subject leadership action plans, efficient ways to monitor RE and consider high quality resources used nationally to support excellent RE leadership. It will also build in how you might review and develop your RE Curriculum in light of the Ofsted Research Review in RE and other key developments in the world of RE to ensure your curriculum is the best it can be!
