A faith-led approach to ecology.
A session considering our relationship with nature and how this can deepen our spiritual life. Reflecting on how we slow down to appreciate the created world and how this in turn changes our attitude towards the environment.
We will also look at what the bible says about care for creation and our own different practical responses to the environmental crisis. If we slow down and ‘consider the lilies’ this can benefit both our own spiritual wellbeing and the wider environment and provides a positive response to some of the challenges facing the natural world today. It will be interactive, with a photo meditation exercise and some small group discussion.
