Mission Enablers

Mission Enablers NEW.pngWe work alongside others actively engaged in parish ministry with a wider brief to support the  Mission Strategy across the Diocese, advising the Bishop & Senior Staff as appropriate

What we offer:

Follow our facebook page for more information

Networking

Using our networks and experience, we link together churches that want to grow with the ideas, experience, training and expertise of innovative, growing churches.

The aim is to seed innovation that is based on good practice but which is relevant to the local neighbourhood, not simply replicating or imposing ideas from elsewhere.

Accompanying

Are you committed to exploring how to respond innovatively to the mission challenge in your neighbourhood? Do you or your group need support to identify your vision, values and skills?

Mission Accompaniment is a coaching and mentoring approach, which will facilitate you designing your project. We will provide guidance on the process of developing a project and offer focussed support to realise that vision.

Alongside coaching skills, we bring practical firsthand mission experience, knowledge of evidence-based methods and contacts in wider mission networks.

Inspiring

We are committed to identifying and promoting resources, events, networks, stories and training opportunities that enable individuals, groups and churches to address the mission challenges they encounter with fresh imagination and confidence. Check our facebook page for the latest stories.

Equipping

We facilitate and promote courses which equip, resource and support those who are beginning or already running a mission project or Fresh Expression of church.

Through courses like Mission Shaped Introduction, Mission Shaped Ministry, Reimagining Church and bespoke courses giving individuals or teams the opportunity to learn as part of a supportive community - becoming more mission focused and reflecting on what that means for their lives and ministries.
